- tāni caikaikaśaḥ sraṣṭum
- asamarthāni bhautikam
- saṁhatya daiva-yogena
- haimam aṇḍam avāsṛjan
tānithose elements — those elements; caand — and; ekaseparately-ekaśaḥseparately — separately; sraṣṭumto produce — to produce; asamarthāniunable — unable; bhautikamthe material universe — the material universe; saṁhatyahaving combined — having combined; daivawith the energy of the Supreme Lord-yogenawith the energy of the Supreme Lord — with the energy of the Supreme Lord; haimamshining like gold — shining like gold; aṇḍamglobe — globe; avāsṛjanproduced — produced.
Separately unable to produce the material universe, they combined with the help of the energy of the Supreme Lord and were able to produce a shining egg.
