- manvantareṣu bhagavān
- bibhrat sattvaṁ sva-mūrtibhiḥ
- manv-ādibhir idaṁ viśvam
- avaty udita-pauruṣaḥ
manuin each change of Manu-antareṣuin each change of Manu — in each change of Manu; bhagavānthe Personality of Godhead — the Personality of Godhead; bibhratmanifesting — manifesting; sattvamHis internal potency — His internal potency; svaby His different incarnations-mūrtibhiḥby His different incarnations — by His different incarnations; manuas Manus-ādibhiḥas Manus — as Manus; idamthis — this; viśvamthe universe — the universe; avatimaintains — maintains; uditadiscovering — discovering; pauruṣaḥdivine potencies — divine potencies.
In each and every change of Manu, the Supreme Personality of Godhead appears by manifesting His internal potency in different incarnations, as Manu and others. Thus He maintains the universe by discovered power.
