- tiryaṅ-mānuṣa-devānāṁ
- sarīsṛpa-patattriṇām
- vada naḥ sarga-saṁvyūhaṁ
- gārbha-sveda-dvijodbhidām
tiryaksubhuman — subhuman; mānuṣahuman beings — human beings; devānāmof the superhuman beings, or demigods — of the superhuman beings, or demigods; sarīsṛpareptiles — reptiles; patattriṇāmof the birds — of the birds; vadakindly describe — kindly describe; naḥunto me — unto me; sargageneration — generation; saṁvyūhamspecific divisions — specific divisions; gārbhaembryonic — embryonic; svedaperspiration — perspiration; dvijatwice-born — twice-born; udbhidāmof the planets, etc — of the planets, etc.
Also please describe the living beings under different classifications: subhumans, humans, those born of the embryo, those born of perspiration, those who are twice-born [birds], and the plants and vegetables. Kindly describe their generations and subdivisions also.
