- yatra putraiś ca pautraiś ca
- naptṛbhiḥ saha gotrajaiḥ
- prajā vicitrākṛtaya
- āsan yābhir idaṁ tatam
yatrawherein — wherein; putraiḥalong with sons — along with sons; caand — and; pautraiḥalong with grandsons — along with grandsons; caalso — also; naptṛbhiḥwith grandsons from daughters — with grandsons from daughters; sahaalong with — along with; gotraof the same family-jaiḥof the same family — of the same family; prajāḥgenerations — generations; vicitraof different kinds — of different kinds; ākṛtayaḥso done — so done; āsanexist — exist; yābhiḥby whom — by whom; idamall these planets — all these planets; tatamspread — spread.
O my lord, I think that the process manifest in the forms of sons, grandsons and family members has spread all over the universe in different varieties and species.
