- yā ta ātma-bhṛtaṁ vīryaṁ
- navadhā prasaviṣyati
- vīrye tvadīye ṛṣaya
- ādhāsyanty añjasātmanaḥ
yāshe — she; teby you — by you; ātmasown in her-bhṛtamsown in her — sown in her; vīryamthe seed — the seed; navanine daughters-dhānine daughters — nine daughters; prasaviṣyatiwill bring forth — will bring forth; vīryein the daughters begotten by you tvadīyein the daughters begotten by you — in the daughters begotten by you; ṛṣayaḥthe sages — the sages; ādhāsyantiwill beget — will beget; añjasāin total — in total; ātmanaḥchildren — children.
She will bring forth nine daughters from the seed sown in her by you, and through the daughters you beget, the sages will duly beget children.
