- etau tau pārṣadāv asya
- śāpād yātāv asad-gatim
- punaḥ katipayaiḥ sthānaṁ
- prapatsyete ha janmabhiḥ
etauthese two — these two; tauboth — both; pārṣadaupersonal assistants — personal assistants; asyaof the Personality of Godhead — of the Personality of Godhead; śāpātbecause of being cursed — because of being cursed; yātauhave gone — have gone; asatto take birth in a demoniac family-gatimto take birth in a demoniac family — to take birth in a demoniac family; punaḥagain — again; katipayaiḥa few — a few; sthānamown place — own place; prapatsyetewill get back — will get back; haindeed — indeed; janmabhiḥafter births — after births.
These two personal assistants of the Supreme Lord, having been cursed, have been destined to take birth in demoniac families. After a few such births, they will return to their own positions.
